Grant MacPherson has stepped up and taken the helm as WO’GOA Foundation Ambassador. Drawing on his own life experiences, hard work and dedication as a Chef has earned him great success. His driving force has been his entrepreneurial spirit and his belief that great cooking is a noble art – an expression of generosity engaging all off the senses. An inspirer, innovator and perfectionist – Grant encompasses all of the qualities that deserving children can glean from a role model.

The luxury travel and culinary magazines of WO’GOA are developed and designed for world travelers, passionate cooks and those who are ardent lovers of entertaining. We now make it our mission to identify highly talented, underprivileged children with culinary ambitions and provide opportunities that otherwise would have been beyond their reach.

In collaboration with culinary schools across Asia, the newly founded WO’GOA Foundation will help deserving children who have financial constraints to fulfill their dreams with scholarships and to further help by securing placement in reputed restaurants around the world for their apprenticeship.

Over the coming weeks we will set out on a fundraising initiative titled ‘DONATE YOUR CHEFS JACKET.’ We respectfully request you to support our goal of helping these extraordinary and underprivileged children achieve their culinary dreams by donating and autographing one (or more) of your chef jackets. The jackets which are collected will be auctioned and all proceeds will go to securing scholarships for these well-deserving children.
